- Step 1: Visit the MASV Integrations page in the MASV app.
- Step 2: Select Google Drive as a cloud integration.
- Step 3: In the pop-up window, fill out the required fields.
- Step 4: Press authenticate and you’re ready to go!

Google Cloud Storage
Note: Prior to the below steps, users must create a Service Account and Google Cloud Storage bucket.
- Step 1: Open the Cloud Storage browser in the Google Cloud Console, and click on your desired bucket.
- Step 2: Click on Permissions.
- Step 3: Expand the roles list in your Service Account in Google Cloud Console.
- Step 4: Select Storage Object Admin to grant permission to read and write objects in the bucket; click Save.

Yes. MASV integrates directly with Google Drive and Cloud Storage, allowing you to connect your Drive or GCS bucket in a few clicks and receive files of any size directly into your storage.
Google Drive is not optimized for large file transfers due to its file transfer speed limits. Transfers to Google Drive might take longer than to Google Cloud or other cloud services. The package size delivered from MASV to your Google Drive cannot exceed the available space in your cloud storage account. Individual files cannot exceed the file size limit of the cloud storage provider: Google Drive allows a maximum of 750 GB of transfers in a 24-hour period. If you regularly send files over 2 GB in size and packages over 25 GB total, we recommend investigating Google Cloud or other cloud services.
The recipient needs to share their Google Drive folder with you and grant edit permission. This can be a security risk, so we recommend using a MASV Portal instead. Upload the files to the recipient’s MASV Portal. If the Portal is integrated MASV with Google Drive, anything you upload will automatically appear in their Drive.
Not at all. MASV generates a simple upload link that anyone can use to send files directly into your GCS bucket, with no Google account, cloud storage credentials, or technical setup required on their end. Your bucket credentials stay private and your storage stays secure.
Go to Google Drive and right-click the file you want to download. Click download. To download multiple files, select the files you need and right-click. Click download. This will package and download the files as a ZIP folder.
Not directly. Attach the files to your email message (as long as their size is 25 MB or smaller) and send it to the email address connected to your Google Drive. Open the email and click the “Add to Drive” icon on the attachment.
